The air-floating table is a spreading platform that moves finished lays with minimal friction, using a controlled cushion of air released through its surface. Heavy, multi-ply lays can be moved with far less operator effort, while the fabric structure is preserved and the risk of deformation reduced. By speeding up pre-cutting preparation, the system improves ergonomics, raises productivity and keeps the workflow uninterrupted alongside automatic cutting systems.
